CHALLENGES: An urban plan-based zoning plan for a residential area. The floor area of the building’s ground floor is tightly limited. The goal is to create a building that fulfills various needs but can be replicated and implemented cost-effectively.
Solution: The buildings were constructed using wooden elements. The buildings consist of 2-4 apartments, some single-story and others two-story. Various apartment types were created, which could be combined like “building blocks.” The parking area was placed next to the road.
